With support of strong and committed local governing boards (LGBs), schools retain their unique identity and place in the heart of the community. For our schools to be places of flourishing, a holistic approach to school improvement is taken. This is underpinned by relationships rooted in love which is central to the vision of the Trust. We want high performing schools to retain enhanced levels of autonomy, which is why school improvement is a golden thread throughout all we do at Inspiring Lives Education Trust. Our tiered Scheme of Delegation framework provides opportunities for LGBs to increase their accountability with the level of central autonomy applied in line with school performance.
